House League Evaluations are September 2nd to 5th - for all House League registrants in U11/U13/U15 House League. Please continue reading for important information:
CRHL Player Evaluations - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- What are House League Evaluations?
Players and Goalies will come to the rink for their scheduled time slot and participate in a practice session. Players are evaluated by board members and coaches and then placed on a House League team in their division. Ranking players during Evaluations allows our association to create teams that are fair and balanced from the start of the season.
- Who are Evaluations for?
If your players is registered in our U11, U13 or U15 House League programs, they should be participating in Evaluations.
- Should my player attend Evaluations?
Yes! - Attendance/participation at Evaluations is crucial to our team composition. We encourage families to make every effort to have their player attend their designated skate.
- When are CRHL Evaluations?
The House League Evaluations are on September 2nd to September 5th. Please make sure to bring your player to their designated session, as this helps us with the number of players on the ice for each session.

5pm - U13 Last Name A to D
6pm - U13 Last Name F to K
7pm - U13 Last Name L to O
8pm - U15 Last Name A to C
- September 3rd
7pm - U15 Last Name D to K
8pm - U15 Last Name L to Sa
- September 4th
6pm - U11 Last Name A to D
7pm - U11 Last Name E to J
8pm - U15 Last Name Se to Z
- September 5th
5pm - U11 Last Name K to P
6pm - U11 Last Name R to Z
7pm - U13 Last Name P to Z
- What does my player need for Evaluations?
All players are required to wear full equipment for Evaluations (including OMHA mandated mouthguards). Players SHOULD BRING THEIR OWN HOCKEY JERSEY (preferably with a name on the back) if you do not have one a pinney will be provided for you.
- What happens if my player cannot attend Evaluations?
If your player is unable to attend Evaluations, do not worry. Your player(s) will still be placed on one of the House League teams in their respective divisions.
- What happens after Evaluations?
After Evaluations, team composition takes place. Coaches attend a player draft where they select the players for their teams. You will receive communication directly from your coach AFTER September 22nd. First team practices will be on the weekend of September 26th. Please be patient with our House League coaches and make sure to check your junk mail/spam folders.
