CLARINGTON RECREATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE RAFFLE RULES

1. Players must be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $5

• 3 for $10

• 20 for $20

• 100 for $50

3. The lottery dates below will occur in the Province of Ontario

• April 14, 2024

• September 8, 2024

• December 8, 2024

4. The draw will be made at South Courtice Arena, Courtice, Ontario and the winning number will be updated live on the lottery page and on our organization’s website and social media pages.

4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales.

5. The amount of the 50/50 will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased.

6. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

7. The winner will be selected by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

8. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, They will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

9. The winner will be contacted by email. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies will be donated to Clarington Recreational Hockey League, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

10. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.

11. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

12. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:

Residents outside of Ontario

• Anyone under the age of 18

13. The above set of rules will be posted on the lottery website.
