This form is to be used for SELECT Head Coach applications only. Please complete all (* required) sections of this form. Assistant Coach, Manager or Trainer volunteers are selected by the Head Coach. The CRHL’s purpose is to provide an environment that allows each player to develop to their fullest potential. Coach selection is critical to this goal. Coaches are chosen by the CRHL Coach Selection Committee based on a number of factors including experience, training, certification, player needs, parent evaluations, attitude, enthusiasm, dedication, history, and CRHL needs.
