Please submit this form when you are requesting a Tournament. This form will be submitted directly to your convenor to approve.

TEAM INFORMATION

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

  • Tournament Scheduling Policy

    • Games will not be rescheduled to accommodate tournament participation. If you have a scheduled game, you are not eligible to enter a tournament on that date.

    • If you choose to participate in a tournament during a scheduled practice, you have two options:

      1. Arrange a practice swap with another team.
      2. Forfeit your practice in favor of the tournament.

      Please inform your convenor of your decision.

    • Once your convenor approves your tournament request, they will forward it to our administrator, who will then apply for your travel permit.
