ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026

May 26, 2026 | 6PM | South Courtice Arena

To be eligible for nomination of a position, the individual must meet the composition of eligibility as set out in article 8.1 (a) of By-Law One.  It states:

i. Shall be (18) eighteen or more years of age
ii. Shall not be of un-discharged bankrupt or of unsound mind
iii. Shall be a member of the C.R.H.L. at the time of his or her election or appointment
iv. Shall not be a member of any other OMHA sanctioned centre playing within the CRHL, even if also a member of the CRHL.

**Members must be in good standing and nominated by another member to run**

BOARD POSITIONS TO BE ELECTED AT THIS MEETING:

President (2 year term)
(must have served on the Board for at least two (2) years during the last 5 years prior to
election)

VP of Administration (2 year term)
(must have served on the Board for at least two (2) years during the last 5 years prior to
election)

VP of Hockey Operations (2 year term)
(must have served on the Board for at least two (2) years during the last 5 years prior to
election)

Coordinator (1 year term)

Treasurer (1 year term)

NOMINEE INFORMATION

Must be nominated by another individual. Must be a current board member to apply for an executive position.
